2. service description

vibe lift media provides high-fidelity digital marketing infrastructure, including but not limited to:

• automated content multiplication and viral architecture.
• custom backend automations and code generation.
• brand voice synthesis and audible authority engines.
• strategic growth audits and performance tracking.

3. client obligations

to engineer your growth, you agree to:

• provide accurate brand assets and raw data for multiplication.
• maintain the security of any API keys or credentials provided for system integration.
• use our automated outputs in compliance with the terms of third-party platforms like meta or google.

4. intellectual property

• client ownership: you retain 100% ownership of your original brand assets, voice samples, and proprietary business data.
• agency ownership: vibe lift media retains ownership of its proprietary “vibe lift workflows,” underlying code frameworks, and automated engines used to generate your assets.

5. payments & audits

• free audits: our growth audits are provided at zero cost but do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
• service fees: subscription or project-based fees for technical infrastructure must be paid as per the individual service agreement.
• refunds: due to the nature of automated asset generation and custom engineering, all payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. limitation of liability

vibe lift media engineers the tools for scale, but we are not responsible for:

• algorithmic shifts on social media platforms that affect content reach.
• any loss of data resulting from incorrect third-party integrations by the client.
• business decisions made based on our growth audit insights.

7. confidentiality

we maintain a strict code of silence regarding your internal business operations, SOPs, and proprietary growth strategies. your infrastructure is secure with us.

8. termination

we reserve the right to terminate access to our automated engines if these terms are violated or if our technical infrastructure is used for unethical/illegal purposes.

9. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction. any disputes will be handled through professional arbitration.

10. updates

we evolve as fast as the engine. we may update these terms to reflect new technical capabilities or legal standards. your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
